We will accept unopened compatible products for return up to 1 year after the date of purchase. For all returns back to Toner Ink Outlet, please obtain an RMA Number by contacting us at support@tonerinkoutlet.com Non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Your RMA is valid for only 10 days.
Please do not mark or write on the product itself or its packaging. Use a suitable shipping box and packaging material to protect the product packaging and its contents. If you send your RMA back to us via the US Postal Service, we recommend that you request a delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for lost shipments returned to us.

REMANUFACTURED/COMPATIBLE PRODUCTS:
Tonerinkoutlet.com offers a Lifetime Performance Warranty with a full 60-day money back guarantee on your purchase on all remanufactured/compatible products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from us, simply return it to us for a full refund less shipping charges, replacement or credit. After 60 days, Tonerinkoutlet.com will replace a defective product with an equivalent non-defective product. This Tonerinkoutlet.com warranty covers manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship only. Any non-defective return after 60 days may result in a 20% restocking fee.
The following conditions are not covered under our warranty:
- Products ordered or supplied from another merchant.
- Products damaged from abuse, misuse, tampering, overcharging, improper installation, neglect, freezing or improper conditioning
- Removal of any warranty, lot number or serial number markings or stickers
OEM (ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURER) PRODUCTS:
OEM products (such as HP, Canon, and Xerox- branded products) are warranted for the length of the OEM warranty. Please contact the manufacturer directly for all defective products. We do NOT accept any opened OEM product and they will be recycled upon receipt without a notification.

We will accept any unopened and resalable Compatible/OEM ink & toner for a return within 30 days of original purchase. These products must be in their original and unopened packaging and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus your return shipping fees.
SHIPPING DAMAGE/ERROR, SHORT SHIPMENT:
All damaged or incorrect items shipped as well as short shipments must be reported within 10 days of delivery for a credit or replacement consideration, and we will immediately replace them upon investigation. Please do NOT ship the damaged items back to us as we will need to file a damage claim with UPS who may need to inspect the package.
SHIPPING CHARGES:
All original shipping charges paid by the customer are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error caused by Tonerinkoutlet.com. For all non-defective returns, the customer is responsible to return them back to us at their own expense.
**Tonerinkoutlet.com limitation of liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product. In no event shall we be responsible for incidental or consequential damages of any kind.
